We continue to Midelt, where we will stop for lunch before heading through the Ziz Valley, known for its breathtaking palm groves and kasbahs. In the afternoon, we arrive at Merzouga, where you will be welcomed with mint tea before embarking on a camel trek into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Day 2 Merzouga - Khamlia - Rissani - Erfoud - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley
Wake up early to witness the spectacular sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, we will ride camels back to Merzouga.
Then, we visit the village of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music, before heading to Rissani, the birthplace of Morocco’s ruling dynasty and home to a traditional souk. Afterward, we pass through Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops.
Our journey continues to the impressive Todra Gorges, where we will have time to walk along the towering canyon walls. Later, we drive through the Dades Valley, admiring its spectacular rock formations, known as "Monkey Fingers," before arriving at our hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 Dades Valley - Roses Valley - Ouarzazate - Middle Atlas - Fes
After breakfast, we drive through the Valley of Roses, famous for its rose distilleries, and continue towards Ouarzazate, known as "the Hollywood of Africa." Here, you can visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
