3 Days trip from Marrakech to Fez

DAY 1

Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Kasbahs – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorge (3 Days trip from Marrakech):

In Marvelous Morocco tour trips Company, starts our first day of the 3 days trip from Marrakech, around 8 am in the morning, driving toward the Dades Gorges. On the path, we will cross the High Atlas (where we can see beautiful and high mountains), the Tizin’Tichka, after that we will cross over several nomadic Berber towns that are around. Continue over Ouarzazate crossing the valley of Roses (which located in Kalat Megouna, the capital city of rose) then, our trip will reach the Gorge of Dades of which the “road of the thousand kasbahs ” begins. Overnight will be in the Dades Valley and dinner at the hotel.

DAY 2

Dades Gorge – Todra Gorge – Merzouga (3 Days trip from Marrakech): 

After having the breakfast at the hotel. Driven to the Todra Gorge, which is known with its awesome canyon walls of more than 200 meters, at that place you can enjoy a walk around and if you are a climber lover you can have a great adventure with an experienced climber. Until you depart for the desert via the path of Tafilalet(city of plam). Attain to the hotel on the dunes on foot, where you can have a walk on the golden sand of Erg Chebbi (the open gate to the big Sahara Desert over North Africa), you will be in love with this breathtaking landscape. We will experience the camel trekking with a camel rider who will be waiting for us, about an hour and a half on the back of the camel riding in the sand dunes to the center of the desert, to attend the panoramic view of the sunset. Surrounded by the great high dunes and enjoying the Berber music of drums and guitars. We will have our dinner and taste the Moroccan tea; you can see the starry sky and sleep in nomadic tent under this magical desert sky. In the next day we continue our 3 days trip from Marrakech.

DAY 3

Merzouga – Rissani – Errachidia – Azrou – Fez (3 Days trip From Marrakech):

Racing time in the morning to attend the beautiful sunrise in the Sahara Desert, also to enjoy the Moroccan breakfast in the desert before ridding camel back to Merzouga’s hotel. After relaxation and a bath at the hotel, we will leave to Fes, via the center of the Middle Atlas Mountains crossing the Talghoumt Pass where you can see nomadic shepherds herding their goats. Then, we will reach at the Cedar Forest, which is located in the city of Azrou, it’s the largest one in Morocco and also, its’ called the home of the Barbarian monkeys. So, you may want to explore this incredible forest. Immediately, our trip will continue to Ifrane or “Little Switzerland” because its look like a Swiss alpine resort. Our 3 days trip from Marrakech ended in the intellectual capital ‘Fes’. Night in the hotel/riad.
